Cover photo caption: Jadal Center for Knowledge and Culture near the Al Kalha Stairs downtown. This is a space for people to come and study or relax, and all you have to do is pay 2 dinars for the first hour and 0.5 dinar for each hour after. The most you have to pay is 3 dinars and you get all the drinks for free, therefore a very student-friendly place.
