I decided to take photos the first night. With a housemate. We stood outside of a museum across the street from a statue of a man on a horse. I couldn’t tell you what she was so excited about. Maybe she was laughing at the fact that moments after this picture we’d be lied to by the employees of a boba shop to get us to leave so that they could close early.

On a walking tour. Looking at castles, listening to urban legends, and talking points of history. We stand by the water in the shade, waiting to be led to Charles Bridge aka Karluv Most.

Another housemate shot. We went out for a walk to discover life on the other side of our
apartment building. We found joy in the greenery.

I took this picture because the blue and gold of the awning and the blue of the car were so vibrant. It’s beautiful. We went inside after that picture and I went on to have the best meal and best service I ’ve had since being here. I’ve gone twice more since. And I plan to go again…and again.

If there are no pictures of us holding cameras are we really even studying at Film at FAMU?

Walking up random sidestreets and finding art. Graffiti. Under the draping of window plants and leaves.

Nighttime in Prague. We rode scooters this night, the cobblestone ground does not make an easy ride.

Every time we walk outside it feels like we are on the set of a movie. None of the buildings feel real, it’s like we are on a set at Disney.

We met a swan at a pier, it was clear she had a story but I couldn’t read it.

I think this was after Charles bridge, entering the “touristy” part of Prague. I can only tell it’s touristy from the influx of people. And I know I’m in Prague because of the architecture.
