Paying for CET Programs
CET will post an invoice for the program fee to the student’s online CET account 2 weeks after the student has been accepted to and committed to the program.
The final invoice is posted to the student’s online CET account within two weeks of committing to the program. The invoice will not be sent to parent email addresses directly, so make sure students check the email associated with their CET account regularly.
Payment may be made by check, credit card, or money order. There is no surcharge for using a credit card.
China Fieldwork Semester
A program deposit of $500 is required within two weeks of acceptance to confirm a space on the program. The deposit is a portion of the overall program fee, and will be listed as an itemized deduction on the final invoice.
Withdrawal and Cancellation Policies
CET withdrawal and cancellation policies are outlined in the Conditions and Terms provided to the student at the time of acceptance. Students and parents should review these policies before committing to a CET program and notify CET in writing if the student chooses to cancel after commitment.
