Financial Assistance and Scholarships

CET is committed to increasing access to study abroad for high school students and makes every effort to provide awards to deserving students. All students are eligible to apply for financial assistance through their online CET accounts.
What types of assistance does CET offer?
CET offers financial assistance for students who demonstrate family financial need. Award amounts range from $500 to $3,000.
CET is committed to creating inclusive program environments that reflect the diversity of the world in which we live. To support this mission, this scholarship is awarded to students from racial/ethnic minority groups, students with disabilities, and gender diverse students studying with CET. Applicants should highlight how their identity, experiences, and life circumstances may bring a unique perspective to their program and shape their time abroad. Recipients should be committed to the goals of the CET program and to advancing the values of diversity and inclusion during their study abroad program and beyond.
Priority will be given to students who also demonstrate financial need. Two $1,000 awards will be given each year.
CET is committed to academic excellence and both global and local community engagement. CET offers a merit-based scholarship to students with demonstrated academic achievement, leadership experience, and community engagement. Recipients must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher and be committed to the goals and values of the CET program.
