Photo Essay: CET Florence
Photos by Valerie Yager, (Vanderbilt University) CET Florence, Spring 2018 Near the end of the semester, CET took a group of us hiking in the Chianti region.
Enjoying an art installation outside with CET coordinators.
This modern art piece showcased the Chianti countryside.
We ate a picnic of Tuscan meats and cheese in a Chianti Vineyard during the hike.
The modern art installation also included a telescope.
During the last few weeks of school, I took a quick day trip to Lucca.
I loved Lucca’s beautiful architecture.
Lucca is just a short train away from Florence.
Piazzale Michelangelo was one of my favorite places to relax in the evening.
I’ll miss watching sunsets with friends from Florence’s perfect lookout spot.
