Support for Partners & Students
CET staff, whether in our Washington, DC headquarters or on-site in Jordan or China or Brazil, are here to support you and your students. We hire hard-working, challenge-seeking staff who love study abroad and have their own experiences to share. And we love the collaboration and innovation that comes from working with you, our campus-based partners and faculty.
Your Point of Contact
Everyone at CET is happy to hear from faculty and staff on our partner campuses. Though, in the interest of simplicity and smooth communication, we ask that you start with your Campus Relations Manager. Our Campus Relations Managers train across the organization and can answer common questions about our programs, policies, and procedures. In the rare instance that they can’t answer your question, they can easily connect you with the right person to learn more.
Teams at CET

Your main point of contact. Our Campus Relations Managers work with partner institutions to support students on your campus who might study with CET. They are available to visit your campus, provide support in promoting study abroad at on-campus events, and train new staff on CET programs. In turn, they become our internal expert on your campus policies and preferences.
The Program Management team designs and implements CET programs, both standard and custom. Program Managers work closely with on-site staff on academic administration, financial management, student affairs, and crisis management. Program Managers often have advanced degrees in the host country language or regional studies and have extensive experience in their assigned countries.
The Student Services team is the first point of contact for students after they begin a CET application. This team focuses on seeing students through the application process and preparing them for their time abroad.
Our Academic Affairs team is responsible for implementing academic policies, upholding our syllabus system, and designing new, innovative curricular options at our sites around the world. They also prepare and send final transcripts for students at the end of each term.
Each CET program is staffed by full-time, on-site professionals familiar with the location and fluent in the local language. On-site staff focus first and foremost on their current students. They are available to assist and support students throughout their term abroad, from in-country orientation through the end of the program. Resident staff provide a bridge between our students and the local community. Academic staff supervise the curriculum, manage the faculty, and monitor courses.
Behind the scenes, we have teams of staff who keep the wheels turning. Our Marketing team oversees the CET website, print materials, and presence at conferences. Our Administration team makes sure we have secure technology to power our work around the world, cares for the financial health of the organization and each program, and helps us recruit the best staff in the field.
