Working for CET: A Work-Life Balance
CET recruits hard-working, challenge-seeking, perfection-loving staff who are committed to education abroad (and have their own study abroad stories to tell!). The culture at CET is fast-paced, but supportive—it is not uncommon to see colleagues pinch hit for each other when work spills to evenings and weekends. Most staff wear several hats and appreciate having a varied to do list.
CET responds to this culture by helping staff achieve a healthy work-life balance. The company offers excellent Paid Time Off leave, allowing staff the chance to unplug when they need to. Other benefits, depending on the position, may include: 401K retirement plan; health and life insurance options; employee assistance program; travel and education-in-service opportunities; professional membership in the International Airlines Travel Agent Network; and special bonuses that may be earned for profit sharing, employee referrals or benchmark anniversaries.
CET Career Paths Span the Globe
CET makes every effort to retain high-performing staff members. As a fast-growing company, CET offers frequent position openings that allow staff to grow professionally in a variety of directions. This kind of advancement often spans the globe—many CET staff members have launched their careers in overseas positions and advanced to US-based positions, or vice versa. Check out our staff page to learn how our current team members have charted their paths at CET.
Applying for a Staff Position at CET
CET accepts applications only when position announcements have been posted above. Applications should include a résumé and formal cover letter. CET contacts applicants 1) when the application is received, 2) to arrange interviews with short-listed candidates, and 3) when the search is complete. Given the high volume of email that runs through our office every day, we kindly request that applicants refrain from contacting us to check on the status of their application.
