We are excited to announce that Nina Tran (University of Wisconsin-Madison) and Katie Giordano (Boston College) are the Outstanding CET Campus Ambassadors (CETCAs) this year! They each went above and beyond what was required of them and even changed their outreach approach in the face of the COVID-19 distancing.
As this year’s Outstanding CETCAs, Nina and Katie are each receiving $1,000 toward a round-trip plane ticket back to their CET host countries. Congratulations to you both!

Studying abroad was an unforgettable adventure. I met so many influential individuals, saw breathtaking views, drank enough bubble tea to last me a lifetime, and learned so much about my heritage. I am already planning for a trip back to Vietnam! Contact Nina >

Getting the chance to spend nine weeks in foreign country, living with a local roommate, and fully immersed in the language in a truly unique experience. Often, when American students study abroad, they live with other abroad students and stick to English whenever possible, because it’s easier. CET provides the opportunity to shift your perspective and become more familiar with the local culture, language, and everyday life. Rather than feeling like an abroad student, you are treated more like a local. Contact Katie >
