CET Midyear in Florence, Italy

Spend your fall semester in one of the world’s most stunning cities—Florence, Italy. CET Midyear in Florence students accrue 16 credits by taking a curriculum of Beginning Italian Language, First Year Writing Seminar, plus three electives in fields ranging from history of art to politics. Students reside in charming downtown apartments, strolling past the Ponte Vecchio on the way to class. They attend overnight group trips to Venice and Rome, touring the artistic gems of these “must-see” cities. Day trips around Florence highlight the beautiful Tuscan countryside, and cultural activities and events within the city show students how Florence has rightfully earned its reputation of “living museum.”
