I attend Syracuse University and study film in the College of Visual and Performing Arts. My study abroad destination was Prague, Czech Republic for the spring of 2010. Some of my favorite memories from the semester are from a three-day music and video festival called SPERM that was held at Prague’s unique MeetFactory. I had the opportunity to attend several music performances, audiovisual projects, screenings, workshops and lectures all while meeting local Czech artists.

I am a senior at Southern Methodist University majoring in Cinema/Television and Marketing. I attended the CET Film Production in Prague program in the spring of 2011. My favorite memory from Prague was meeting such a wonderful and talented group of filmmakers. When I went to Prague, I didn’t know anyone else there, but I ended up making great friendships that I know will last a lifetime.

I am a senior at Syracuse University and I studied in Prague with CET/FAMU’s film production program. One of my favorite memories of my time abroad is the overall incredible experience working with the FAMU faculty and developing a film over the course of the intense term. Another would be immersing myself and hanging out with the incredibly talented and motivated students attending the school.

I am in my senior year at the University of Michigan. Last semester I had the privilege of studying in Prague in the CET Film Production program. My favorite memory from my time abroad is the time that I realized I knew how to navigate the city by foot or by tram without needing to stop to consult a map. This independence, coupled with the sense that I was beginning to understand the city, is unlike anything I’ve experienced.
