I want to book my overseas flight. Can CET Academic Programs suggest a travel agent?

Yes. The official travel partner for CET Academic Programs is Travel-On. Email Travel-On or call: 855.387.4676 or 240.387.4676.

Can I arrive a few days early, or stay after the program ends?

You are welcome to stay in the destination country beyond the program dates; however, you will be responsible for your own housing. Early check-in to CET housing is not possible.

My parents want to come visit me. When is a good time?

The best times to visit are over a free weekend, or before and after the program dates. During the semester you are expected to follow the CET Attendance Policy for all your classes, and you will have required traveling seminars. Absences related to visits from family and friends are not excused.

I want to book independent travel for the weekends. When should I start?

CET strongly recommends that students wait until after arrival before making independent travel plans. You will receive your final class schedule after you arrive. Also, you will receive information on required and optional weekend activities. Absences for poorly planned independent travel are unexcused.
