China, 30th Anniversary, Beijing, alumni

Dear CET Alumni and Friends,

Happy 2012! As we approach the New Year, we wanted to let you know that 2012 will be CET’s 30th year of operating study abroad programs for college students. Our very first group of students studied in Beijing in the summer of 1982. To mark our anniversary, we’ll be organizing a day of events in Beijing on June 23. We’ll reconnect with some of our pioneering students and teachers, reminisce about the good old days in Beijing, and consider how far CET and study abroad have come. This will be a great opportunity for those of you living in China to meet or reconnect with fellow CET graduates—and we also hope those of you living in the US will also consider joining us.

Details about our 30th anniversary celebration will be forthcoming. For now, please save the date. Best wishes from CET for a happy, healthy 2012!

Executive Director
